Billing and Payment Terms

New customers please provide credit references with your initial purchase order. We accept payment via check or wire transfer. Payments are in US dollars and are net 30 days from receipt of products. BBS retains the property rights to the product until full payment is received. Accounts past 30 days will be charged 1.5% per month. 

Shipping Information

Federal Express 2-day or overnight service. The Customer can specify shipping and packaging. Shipping is FOB Hopedale, MA and all charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.

Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Discounts

Discounts are offered on request for bulk purchases and standing orders. Please inquire at time of purchase.

Warranty

Brendan BioScience, LLC warrantees all products are of merchantable quality and meet product specifications and labeling description when used and stored according to instructions. Products are warranted for 6 months from date of sale. No warranty, implied or otherwise, of fitness for a particular use of any item in this catalog unless explicitly stated. BBS will not be responsible for any incidental or other damages beyond the replacement or refund of purchase price of a specific product or service, at our discretion. Due to the nature of custom development work, we cannot guarantee successful results for the services requested by the customer. Although we will make every reasonable effort to obtain results to your satisfaction the customer agrees that the quality of custom development work often depends upon variables beyond our control. Customers' exclusive remedy for non-conforming product shall belimited to replacement or an amount equal to the purchase price of the product or service. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Brendan BioScience, LLC harmless for any claim arising out of misuse of any BBS product.

All BBS products are intended for in-vitro research use only and must not be used in animals or humans.

Returns

All shipments should be inspected immediately and any damage must be reported to the carrier within 2 days. Any shortage or damage must be reported to BBS within 10 working days. To ensure proper credit, a return authorization is required prior to returning a product. Please call us to obtain return authorization and to arrange return shipping.  Returned goods must be in the original container and in saleable condition.
