Custom Conjugation: Colloidal Gold and Pigments

• Colloidal gold is the most widely used reagent in rapid immunoassays. Custom conjugation of antibodies, proteins or other molecules is a quick cost-effective way to start assay development. A list of standard conjugates that are useful for most applications are listed below. Common particle sizes are about: 20, 40 and 60 nm. Concentration is standardized to 10 AU per ml but can be customized for specific applications.
• Pigment conjugates offer a wide range of intense colors: Red, Blue, Violet, Green etc.. These conjugates are prefect for large pore size membranes, offer high sensitivity and offer the opportunity to develop multi-analyte-multi-color assays. These Pigment conjugates are only available on a custom basis.
• Minimum charge for Colloidal Gold or Pigment Conjugate is $395.00.
• Each additional Colloidal Gold or Pigment Conjugate is $295.00.
• In general, two or three conjugations are required to optimize the coating concentration and particle size before scale up.
• Purchase the unconjugated Colloidal Gold Sol (CG000) to make your own custom conjugates.
